Tried out my new 'homemade' raft prop today. I am now on the lookout for a 'softer' wood background.

Here is our little #homemade sail / raft #prop. It will look absolutely lovely with a tiny #baby all curled up on it. Hopefully I may be able to incorporate it into tomorrows #newborn shoot.

We are busy making a 'castaway' sail boat for a newborn prop. Photos will follow. I am always trying to think up new ideas which are sweet yet timeless. 

New Daddy

Baby was a little unsettled for the first half of the shoot, so photographing baby with Mummy and Daddy initially  worked really well as I was still able to get those precious shots whilst baby was being settled. So lovely to get some 'New Daddy' photographs with baby. I hoped to capture the absolute love and awe that was evident in his face.

Here is a behind the scenes shot of my studio. I have all the home comforts. I have nursing chairs, changing table, tea / coffee and biscuits. I want my clients to be able to relax and enjoy the experience whilst I capture those precious memories.

I was really pleased with this shot from the last #newborn #photoshoot. . I think the black and white processing works well and is complimentary and timeless.
